Donna founded Think First of the Ark-La-Tex in 1996 with the help of her husband, David Cavanaugh, MD.  Dr. Cavanaugh is the sponsoring neurosurgeon for this chapter of Think First. 

Under the direction of Donna, Think First has grown dramatically and has become an important part of the education of teens in the 12 parish school systems that Think First of the Ark-La-Tex covers.
