INSTRUCTIONS:
- Open new white canvas 350w x 350h.
- Path drawing tool -2d mode - custom shape B39 - color - right click on color tab, choose
gradient fill, two color and choose two colors you like, fill type use the last one, draw a shape
approx 300 x 300. Keep selected, go to your paintbrush, shape 10, color a dark turquoise, go up to
Effect, All, paint on edges. Right click and duplicate this pattern, Transform Tool, rotate 20
degrees clockwise. Right click, select all objects, merge as single object.
- Path drawing tool - same shape - 2d - color - gradient again, but choose different, I chose a dark brown
and a light tan, draw a shape approx 249 x 220, you can resize to fit, and place as shown, keep selected, go
to your Stamp Tool and select the Arrow2 stamp that was supplied, change size to 75, go to Effect, All,
paint on edges.Deselect. Select only the arrows, (use your layer palette if you can't select them),go to transform
tool and resize the arrows so that they fit inside the piece as shown. Right click, select all objects, right click,
right click, align, center both, right click, merge as single object.
- Path drawing tool - custom shape Fr40 - 2d mode - multiple colors gradient color, click on the multicolored bar
and I chose ring 024 same sunburst pattern, click ok, draw a shape approx 162 x 165. Right click, select all objects,
right click, align, center both, right click, merge as single object. You do this step everytime.
- Path drawing tool - custom shape - B23 - 2d - 2 color gradient, I used turquoise and a dark brown - draw a shape approx
106 x 108. Again right click, select all objects, right click, align, center both, right click, merge as single object.
- Path Drawing tool - custom shape - S31 -2d - 2 color gradient - I used turquoise to the light tan, draw a shape approx
117 x 117 then go to your transform tool, make sure "lock" is unlocked and narrow the width to about 55. Then lengthen the
vertical side to about 169. Right click and duplicate this piece, rotate right 90 degrees. Right click, select all objects,
right click, align, center both, right click, merge as single object.
- Path drawing tool - custom shape - Fr25 - 2d mode - 2 color gradient, I used yellow and orange again - draw a shape approx 80 x 80.
Right click, select all objects, right click, align, center both, right click, merge as single object.
- Path drawing tool - rectangle - 2d -color a dark brown, draw a very small shape approx 20 x 6, duplicate and place in circle for the eyebrows.
Draw another small rectangle approx 5 x 17 and duplicate this shape 3 more times and place on piece as cheeks as shown. Last piece, shape is triangle,
same color, draw a shape approx 12 x 15, flip vertically and place in between "cheeks" for the nose. Right click, select all objects, merge as single object.
