History:   Mitsuko from the start lived in Tokyo, she grew up as the shy girl that she is now, with a poor mother and a dead father, she didnt have much in her childhood.  At the age of 14, she decided to join as a law enforcer in Tokyo, she finished her Hi-To Ryuu training at the age of 17, and soon she was working as a police officer, or whatever thay had back then.  She was assigned to a maniac going around Tokyo killind people, with the help of Kenshin, she was able to kill him.
