STAGE SELECT
On the title screen after the coconut falls and bonks the character on the
head press the following:
RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, A, B, A, B
Now you can select which world to go to.

CONTINUE WITH ITEMS
Inside the first cave on the first island get to teh 5th skull and jump up
and down until an entrance appears, enter that entrance and you'll get the
Hudson Bee.  After your game ends, on the titel screen highlight 
'CONTINUE' and then press and hold the following:
LEFT
Then press:
START
You will keep all of your items, this works as long as you ahve one Hudson
Bee.
