SOUND TEST
On the 2nd controller press and hold the following:
A, B, UP
Then press Reset on the NES.  When the screen comes back up you can select
tunes.

STAGE SELECT
Press the following while on the SOUND SELECT screen on controller 2:
B, UP, UP, B, DOWN, DOWN, B
Then press left and right to change stages.

START WITH 20 LIVES
After the initial video plays (if you wait on the title screen) and when you
are returned to the title screen press and hold the following on controller
2:
A, B
Now press the following on Controller 1:
START
