STAGE SELECT
Press and hold the following button on controller 1:
A
Press RESET on the NES control deck.  Then on controller 2 press either one
of the following 2 buttons:
A, B
Pressing B will allow you to play at the start of any stage, while pressing
A will allow you to choose any section of a stage.  Once you made a choice
press either UP or DOWN on controller 1 to change the stage number.  Then
press and hold the following button on controller 1:
B
Finally, (while holding B) press this button on controller 1:
