Start a new game and then you will start on the first bonus game (these
stages are tough).

CREDITS & BACKGROUND SHOW
Go to the Options Screen when you first turn the game on and press and hold
the following:
R, L
The Credits will appear, now press the following to see all of the different
backgrounds:
