SOUND TEST
Go to the Options Screen and highlight Exit then press and hold the 
following on Controller 1:
L, R, X, A

STAGE SKIP
While you are playing a new game press the START button to pause the game,
and then on Controller 1 press the following:
RIGHT, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT, A, START
The stage will end and you will skip to the next stage, you can do this all
the way to the end
