On the title screen press SELECT to go to the options screen and then on
the options screen press the following:
A, Y, A, Y, X, Y, B, A, R, L
Now the Levels option will appear on the bottom.

EXTRA CONTINUES
On the option screen press the following:
B, A, Y, A, X, A
Now you will have 10 continues.

MORE EXTRA CONTINUES
On the option screen press the following:
Y, X, B, X, A, X, L, R, B, A, Y, A, X, A
Thw word 20 should appear below the word Options.  You will have 20
continues.
