When the title screen appears press the following:
LEFT, UP, RIGHT, UP, LEFT, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, DOWN, DOWN
Press the above before the High Scores screen appears.  When the High Score
Screen appears press the following:
RIGHT, UP, UP, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT, DOWN, DOWN, RIGHT, UP
Then begin a new game and start playing while you are playing press the
following to skip to the end of any stage:
