If you are an NES Junkie you should know about this it was nintendo's most brillant act to defeat the unliscensed companies you have seen here in this page. (If you don't know about this visit the About Color Dreams Page-it will fill you in on this.) Most of these companies are dead and gone except for Color Dreams they are still alive under the name Wisdom Tree & StarDot Technologies. you can visit their website if you want. The other company to survive is STD, you'll see thier products in the store under the name Performance, or InterAct. Anyway, what you see at the top of the page is on of Color Dream's circuits to one of thier games...Moon Ranger to be exact you'll notice one is marked Pro...I believe that is the chip that stores the games program, the other one id marked Vid...I believe that stores the video and graphics data of the game then there is a mysterious black chip to the upper right. This chip bypasses the lock-out chip on nintendo's NES's, The Neg-5 Chip. Nintendo use the lock out chip, or quote "Key-Chip". to keep unliscensed companies from making games and succeeeding on thier systems, the unliscensed companies were the only threat to thier companies sturdy foundation....Nintendo had a monopoly back in the late 80's and Howard Linclon Chief executive of Nintendo has been recorded on semi-threatening tapes swearing that he will destroy the unliscensed companies which he did and made a good cover up thru a bunch of lies nintendo made and stupid suits Nintendo gave the unliscensed companies. Just to get rid of them don't believe me go check the About Color Dreams page which will tell you of the lock-out (or called by Nintedo Key-Chip) chip and such it is written by Thrashnet Ground Zero 6 (author of this page). In that page is a lot of info found by me written by someone who used to work for Color Dreams, Jon Valesh a programmer.
