They are 3 different types of garlic often used in Thai cooking.

1. The small garlic has a slightly pink skin. They are used with skin in stir-fires and make crispy garlic.

2. The big garlic or elephant garlic has a big cloves. They need to removed the skin before their used in curries, stir-fires, soup and curry pastes.

3. The round garlic has a round in shape. They are used for pickle and has storng flavour than the other king.
