Kaffir lime has a dark green colour and knobbly lime. The peeling skin are used in curry pastes and the juice  are used in soup, salad and curries. 

Kaffir lime leaves is a dark green in colour and has 2 parts. They are used in soup, curries, salad and for garnishing. They  need to be removed the stem in the middle then torn into pieces added in the soup and curries and shared for garnishing
