This is also known as citronella. It has a lemony flavor. 

The best part is only the bottom of one third. They are used in soups, salad and curry paste. It can be slice or chopped. It’s also used for making drink like tea. 

Lemon glass can stored in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 weeks and can also be frozen.

Dried slice of lemon glass need to be soaked in the water before using if the fresh ones not available. Lemon glass powder and lemon peel can be used as a substitute.
