RICE WITH PINEAPPLE

Ingredients: 
3 cups cooked rice 
1/2 cup diced pineapple 
1/2 cup shrimps or cooked chicken 
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic 
1/4 teaspoon monosodium glutamate  
1 onion cut into slices 
6 tablespoon vegetable oil 
1 red pepper cut into slices 
1 sprig coriander 
1 table spoon soy sauce 
salt to taste 
1/2 tsp ground white pepper 
method: 
Heat cooking oil in a wok and brown garlic.  
Add shrimps or chicken stir fry till cooked. 
Add onion ,red pepper,soy sauce ,MSG,salt,pepper and stir fry. 
Add steamed rice and mix throughly ,
continue stiring for 3 minutes; add pineapple. Stir-fry for 2 minutes more. 
Adjust seasoning. Spoon onto serving plate. 
Garnish with coriander sprig. Serve hot.
