TOM YUM KOONG
Ingredients:
250 gms peeled jumbo shrimps
3 cups chicken stock
50 grams galangal,thinly cut
50 grams,lemongrass,cut into pieces
2-3 pieces kaffir lime leaves
1/2 tsp salt
100 grams straw mushroom
crushed red chilles(3-10 pcs)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 stem corriander,finely chopped
method:
Bring chicken stock to a boil.
Add galangal,lemongrass,kaffir lime leaves and boil for 5 mins.
Then add shrimps,salt and crushed chilles(according to how spicy you want)
Season with lemon juce.
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot.
