Cahill - a Tempe City Councilman, and last thug on the top row is Ben Arredondo - Vice Mayor of the City of Tempe Arizona. The first thug in the bottom row on the left is Joe Spracale - a Tempe City Councilman, to his right another that thug is Len Copple - another Tempe City Councilman, to his right is Hugh Hallman another thug on the Tempe City Council, and the thug in the bottom row on the right is Joseph Lewis - the final Tempe City Councilman.

Just what makes them so evil? These men don't obey either the U.S Constition or the Arizona Constition and routinely pass laws that are UNCONSTITIONAL and violate the civil rights of people who live in Tempe, or people who pass thru the police state of Tempe.

They want to flush the US Constition down the tolit and make Tempe a civil rights free zone for the Royal City Government of Tempe. They dont think you should be able to have guns in Tempe. They think the Tempe government should be able to control your property in violation of the 9th amendment. These thugs have also passed laws to run people out of Tempe who they consider undesirable. Such as the homeless people, Gang bangers, and Minoritys.
