#6 Illusions and Lies
On the Cover a mean looking Elyon and a seriously freaky-looking Will

Stolen Footnotes Something strange is happening in Heatherfield! Will, the keeper of the Heart of Kandrakar, isn't getting along with her mom, her teacher, and even her closest friends! Is this the end of a strong bond? Or is this another great deception by Phobos?

My Say I go with the latter! But Will wasn't all crazy in this issue. She makes a spectacular "brought back to life" monologue. Convincing enough. Fun parts: Nigel makes a move. Yes! But in a sweet and cute way. And Elyon is an imposter, posing as a swim instructor so she can lure Will to the dark side. Yep.

#5 So Be it Forever

Stolen Footnotes A mysterious monster from the Metaworld shows up in the museum, leading the WITCH gang to a beautiful painting... or is it another trap from Elyon?

My Say This issue made little sense to me, but hey I like it just as well as the other issues. Matt and Will's friendship grows, all thanks to the Dormouse and Grandfather Olsen! The "date" of Martin and Irma is worth reading too, those two should really hook up together. So meant to be!

#4 The Power of Fire

Stolen Footnotes Will, Irma, COrnelia and Hay Lin set out to rescue Taranee from the forces of Phobos in Meridian. Leaving behind magical replicas in Heatherfield, they dangerously trek to the dark world unseen by Elyon.

My Say Taranee the Astral drop is on the move! The other girl's astral drops do crazy things too, but not as crazy as Will's! You should really read it first, very good issue. The girls fight then make up again, Will and her mom argues about a certain teacher (Mr Collins) but makes up. Heh.

Stolen Footnotes Will, Irma, Taranee, Cornelia and Hay Lin find out that things are not what they seem. Betrayed by their trusted friend Elyon, the inexperienced yet spirited guardians gain access to the Metaworld to confront their new enemies!

My Say In the first part of the magazine, they try our their powers. And then they follow Mrs Rudolph, their Math teacher. Little did they know that she's actually from the metaworld. Pretty boring issue. I don't know about you... mostly narrative!

#2 The Twelve Portals
On the Cover Will and Irma

Stolen Footnotes The newly appointed Guardians of the Veil now have an inkling to what their mission is. In the middle of finding a friend and losing a loved one, the five girls receive a magic stroll that reveals passageways to Metaworld.

My Say It's so sad that Hay Lin's grandmother passed away. But it gave the girls more strength, and that's good! And this is where Will has her very first close encounter with Matt. Intrigued yet?? The cute dormouse also makes his first appearance here and well... Irma turns a boy into a frog. It's a good 2nd issue! Hilarious, and don't miss the freaky looking Elyon on the cemetary. Gave me goosebumps!

My Say The very first issue of WITCH! At first it was very difficult to follow the story, but if you read it several times, you'll actually able to get it! The girls show a "little" of their powers not knowing that those powers would help them a LOT in the future!
