This is my understanding of the Universal Flag of Islam. I'll start from the inside and work my way out!
The 7 represents God. The 7 is black to show and prove the reality that Allah is the Original Man. It has seven points to show Allah's perfection.
The Crescent Moon represents the Original Woman not yet brought to her fullest equality. This is why she is not a full moon yet (without seed or understanding). The 2 points represent Wisdom which is the Original Woman. It also shows the woman BROUGHT to her fullest equality (with understanding/the star). The Moon is no longer full because she has born the Star. Hence, why the star is off to the side of the 7 and Moon.
The Star represents the Black Child. It is five-pointed to represent Power/Refinement. the 5 points are also its Arm-Leg-Leg-Arm-supreme Head to show and prove that the Star is the continuation of the God. The Star is black like the 7. They are inside small cipher to show and prove that the Cipher is
complete with the God Earth and Seed.
The 8 rays represent the 8 lessons/planes of study with which we Build and Destroy (8). The 8th Degree in Supreme Alphabet is He/Her. If you knowledge the Rays, the left is Black and the Right is Gold. The 7 is black and the moon is gold. In He/Her the left is He and the Right is Her. On the rays the left is black and the right is gold. He=Black (original man). Her=Gold (reflecting the Sun [original man] rays. Together they build the Nation.
The background is white which symbolizes clouds of deception and lies but the Sun of Man (8-pt. sun) shines through these clouds. It also represents the grafted nation but as you can see it is UNDERNEATH.
All these things are inside the BIGGER cipher as to symbolize ALL things in existence which is the cipher.
In the Name of Allah means we do all things in our right and exact name in a right and exact manner!
Finally, the flag has a total of 22 points: 8 point sun, 7 point seven, 2 point moon and 5 point star. This all borns 22 which is Victory. The one who wears this flag in the RIGHT AND EXACT manner (in the name of allah) will be VICTORIOUS (granted heaven on earth) because they are living out their CULTURE OF FREEDOM (2+2=4).
