Interplay's gentle adventure game based on the movie starring Casper: The Friendly Ghost made its first appearance on the 3DO and was scheduled for a 32x release. The impending demise of the 32x market prompted Interplay to cancel Casper for the 32x and port it to the Sega Saturn instead (it is also available for the 3DO and the Playstation.) The Saturn version (most likely a mirror image of what the 32x could have accomplished given the graphics and sound) is widely available on the internet and is a suitable (but rather tedious) game for children and young adults.
