Gaming giant Electronic
Arts was always a staunch supporter of the Genesis, gracing it with
classic titles like John Madden Football and NHL Hockey.
It therefore came as no surprise when E.A. announced a new 32x version
of their long-running motorcycle racing/combat franchise. It isn't
known if Road Rash 3: Tour De Force
would have been sprite-based like the 16-bit games or a 3-D polygonal racer
similar to the 3DO/Saturn/PSX racers. Whatever the case, the only game
Electronic Arts ever produced for the 32x was the U.K. exclusive
FIFA Soccer '96.
