The original Tomcat Alley was one of the best full motion video releases for the Sega CD, which really isn't saying much. Tomcat Alley Deluxe was to have gameplay revolving around quick reflexes and video footage, best compared to a mixture of crappy Sewer Shark gameplay and the movie Top Gun. The Sega CD original had very grainy graphics and irritating characters but offered surprisingly entertaining gameplay for a FMV title. It's generally assumed that the 32x upgrade would have featured cleaner graphics and not much else.
