The Virtua Fighter Training Pack is an unusual piece of marketing material put out by Sega to promote the Virtua Fighter video game, which was NOT included. Instead, avid players received a Virtua Fighter t-shirt, a 20 minute videotape full of Virtua Fighter game tips and previews of other games, a coupon for $20 off the purchase of the Virtua Fighter cart, and an entry form to win a Virtua Fighter arcade unit. No one knows how many Training Packs made it out to stores, but the number cannot be large, as the actual Virtua Fighter cart was one of the final releases for the 32x (and only released in small quantities.) The Training Pack doesn't offer much for the casual gamer, but it is one of the more unusual (and sought-after) items for the 32x collector.
