	Fender Precision Bass Fender invented the electric bass in 1951, and they still make the best instruments. Steve's primary axe is this early 1990's Lake Placid Blue P-Bass.
	Fender Fretless Jazz Bass Proof that Santa is a rocker at heart is this this beauty that he left under Steve's x-mas tree last year. Look for the Amigos to add a few songs that require sliding bass lines (can you say Walk on the Wild Side) to take advantage of the smooth sound of this sweet bass.
	Michael Kelly Acoustic-Electric Bass This beautiful looking instrument produces an equally sweet sound. Manufacturedby a small luthier in Florida, this bass is great for stage, practice and backyard jamming.
	Dean Markley K30BX Bass Amp A lot of power packed into a small body. That best describes Steve's primary show amp. Its small size, combined with incredible sound make this a perfect unit for coffeehouse-type settings.
	SWR LA15 Bass Amp Big shows require BIG sound, and Steve's SWR LA15 Bass combo amp delivers 100 watts of pure heart-pounding, bone-thumping music. SWR is the amp of choice of some of rock's greatest bass players -- like John Paul Jones, Jack Cassidy and Phil Lesh.
