Dommelsch Ice, 5.5% ABV
I was surprised that Dommelsch has jumped onto the high-tech ice beer train, but then, this isn’t just one of those “ice-cold beer” gimmicks – it’s actually a great-tasting beer. The flavour has a lemon character, finishing fresh and fruity. The juicy malt texture is preceded by a fresh hop aroma. The head is smooth, but patchy. It has moderate carbonation, medium sweetness, and is medium-bodied. A cool, laid-back beer.
