Kostritzer, Schwarzbier, 4.8% ABV
A quality German beer, dark, verging on black, in colour. It is rich, and somewhat smokey. It has a roasted sweet flavour, leading to a malty, straw finish. It has a dry texture that seems to have an impact on the nose. A great head of froth tops this gorgeous beer.
