Mort Subite fruit beers are particularly tasty, and this new one of theirs in particular contains heaps of fruit flavour. As the name suggest, it is extreme strawberry.
The same extreme fruit is in the finish. It has a great smooth aftertaste. The beer has little body, which is to be expected from the style. Dark red in colour, Mort Subite Extreme Framboise has a long-lasting head of froth, with a smooth ring around the edges and smooth bubby top.
It has heaps of strawberries in the nose, also in the texture, which is smooth and full of fruit. It has moderable carbonation and is very sweet. A simple but effective beer with a respectable alcohol strength.
