Moulin, Ale of Athol, 4.5% ABV

This gem from Scotland is a dark golden beer with a great of head of froth that forms laces around the glass. It gives out dry, malty scents. Woody tones overshadow the tasting of Ale of Athol. It has a flavour similar to Ribena, with a succulent taste of toast in the finish. The texture of the beer is burnt on the palate. Lovely, but also difficult to get hold of.
