Red Brick, Fine Golden Beer, 4% ABV

The name Red Brick was immediately familiar to me as belonging to another beer - one that I found in the USA. This one was, unfortunately, not literally coloured red, but a fine golden, as its name suggests. Quite a dry beer, the flavour boasts lemons - extremely refreshing - with hints of candy. The flavour wanes a bit sharp in the finish, with a light fizz. It boasts that it’s “no more than 28 days out of the brewery”. This is evident from the smooth mouthfeel, and the fresh hops on the bouquet, accompanied by some candy hints. A lovely medium-bodied beer - great for summer.
