Rogue, Yellow Snow Ale, 5.3% ABV
Rogue does some amazing beers. Okay, so this isn’t their best, but it’s interesting – well worth a try. It is a medium-sweet, medium-bodied beer, with low carbonation. The head appears yeasty, but dissipates to form a ring around the glass. It has a floral taste, finishing malty, with hints of spices, and somewhat similar to a wine taste. A fresh, yeast aroma precedes a texture that I can only describe as filling - in a good way, that is!
