Cool Blonde is one is England’s relatively small number of pure-brewed organic beers. It is a medium-bodied beer with moderate sweetness and little carbonation.

The head is not much to speak of, but that is the only wrong thing I can really say about it. A fresh, smooth, juicy mouthfeel accompanies the extremely fresh flavour, finishing with fresh floral tones in the long-lasting aftertaste. Some candy, I think, emerges in the bouquet. Overall, a somewhat lemony beer. It is sold is large bottles, rendering it an even more satisfactory quencher.
