The beer score chart has evolved considerably over time. It used to be a small, difficult to handle spreadsheet. Now it is a sprawling database, with any required information at the touch of a button. Follow the above link to view the complete beer chart in order of quality, from the number one best beer to the worst, currently at position 3621 (at the time of writing).
Here is what the information the various columns hold:

- brewery - who brews it (or possibly its brand)
- origin - the country in which it's brewed
- taste score - scored out of 8

- smell - the score out of 2 for the smell
- ease - the score out of 4 for the ease of drinking
- clarity - 0 to 1 inclusive, 0 being cloudy and 1 being completely transparent
- final score - the final score (given as a percentage) for the beer
