The meeting was called to order at 1909 CST by President K9EXH.

The following members were present:

On motion of N9ONV seconded by KA9NFP the minutes of the August meeting as printed in September QRV were unanimously approved.

On motion of N9ONV seconded by KA9SKT the Treasurer's Report as printed in September QRV
was unanimously approved.

K9EXH and KA9SKT presented a report on the current
status of the club repeater which is now located
in the Cairo Industrial Park and operating under the call sign K9IM.

On motion of N9LEC seconded by KA9NFP payment of
one year's dues in the amount of $12.00 to
the Illinois Repeater Association was unanimously approved.

N9LEC reported on the status of the club web page.
N9ONV offered to assume responsibility for keeping the page updated.

N9LEC reported that there was a desperate need for someone to take over the club newsletter, QRV.

On motion of N9LEC seconded by KA9SKT the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 2026 CST.
