†Act 1 Scene 1: Stereotyping†

The scene begins as thus. The time of day is early morning. The tall grassy fields sway in the light breeze which gently blows. From the condensed green carpet raises a thick grayish mist of fog, which moves without the slightest resistance. A small brown rabbit sits, ears erect, whilst munching upon the delectable grassy treat it so enjoys. It stops chewing and looks about quickly, it's highly attuned ears listening for danger. It detects a rustling beyond it's sight. The rabbit runs, leaping quickly back and forth in order to confuse the possible predator.

Footfalls follow closely behind. Quickly they encroach upon the hapless rabbit. It's heart beats more rapidly as it presses onward. It seeks the safety of it's burrow. Less than fifty strides away it presses onward harder than before. Forty, thirty, twenty, ten... all the world in in a daze. The pain strikes, the bones crunch, the heart seizes. A screech escapes from the rabbit as a final farewell to the world of the living. The screech of a mother whom will never again see her dozen newborn children again. Never for them to be allowed to flourish, as their soul means of survival was now in the grasp of the blood thirst beast.

The beast roars in triumph, holding the lifeless rabbit above his head. With hungry eyes and bared teeth it bites into the rabbit's flesh, tearing into the corpse. Blood flows from the gaping wound splattering the face of the predator, the menace, the monster, Baine. Baine continues devouring the raw rabbit, intestines, fur, bones and all. he looks at the camera, eyes narrowing, as he drops the prey.

My food, mine keep away. Baine killed it, so it is Baine's. Baine will kill you if you try to take what is his. Go away! Baine will crush you! Baine will smash you. Baine will kill you all!!

Baine picks up a large rock and smashed the camera as the scene fades to black.
