After the plan's brilliant success, Ghinius was placed in charge of the Apsaras Project, a plan aimed at the destruction of the Federation's Jaburo Head Quarters. Ghinius took pride in the assignment given to him by Sovereign Degwin Zabi and immediately tackled it. However, it seems that, as time went on, Ghinius began to go insane in his project, perhaps the result of the deteriorating military position of the Duchy, the lack of time and the rude Rear Admiral Yuri Kerane's order to terminate the project.
