| Powers/Equipment: ALIEN COSTUME: Ralph Hinkley's costume is the source of all of his special powers; it must be worn on the outside of any other clothing to be effective. The full extent of the costume's potential is unknown, as Hinkley has lost the instruction manual. Therefore, all new powers must be discovered by accident, as well as the procedure for turning off said powers. Roll for random abilities/ranks whenever Ralph does something new or different; ANY gesture or action may be the trigger for a new ability. Hinkley has used the following powers several times, and knows (somewhat) how they work:

| Background: While out on a school field trip in a California desert, Ralph Hinkley's van broke down. Leaving his students with the car, he began hiking to the nearest gas station. En route, he was nearly run over by drunk FBI agent Bill Maxwell, whose partner had just been murdered. While the two men were arguing, a UFO descended and, through the reanimated corpse of Maxwell's partner, gave Ralph a super suit. With it, he was to fight crime with Maxwell as his aide. The UFO left, restoring the power it had sapped from the school-teacher's van. Unfortunately, Ralph lost the instruction booklet which came with the suit; thus, he must discover, by chance, all the powers the suit bestows. Ralph is divorced from Alicia, an actress, and the father of a young son named Kevin; his girlfriend is his attorney, Pam Davidson. |
