EVER LOVE A PLACE AND THEN SEE IT TURN TO COMPLETE AND UTTER LIES SHIT AND BOLLOCKS ....... I HAVE

Having been a student at the university of teesside for the last 4 years of my life i have seen a lot of things. I used to love coming to the students union with my friends for drinks and a dance.

Over times i have seen things turn very sour indeed. I have had my run ins with security which i can be man enough to accept as my mistake. But i have seen things that have been unwarrented and uncalled for i feel now it is time to put my views down on here for all to see.

The first trouble i ever had with the union was way back in the first year of my studies being a fresher drink was cheap and plenty of it , i found out that my gran had died and it was playing on my mind i was foolish to think i could ease the pain with drink but i was young and foolish and i drank all day. I was very drunk and collected glasses to help security they didnt like the help because they wanted to get home and i was holding them up so they grabbed me i put up a struggle and it took 9 of them to get me out i then stupidly ran into the front of the building getting myself a 28 day ban my opinion on it i desereved the punishment.

Next comes a tale of this place that is simple beyone belief. Anyone who knows me will tell you i have never done drugs or will ever do drugs i like my drink but thats it. I was in the club upstairs in the union and my friend Chubb handed me a tenner and said go and get the drinks in i went over next minute im asked to follow security !!!! me and chubb have been suspected of passing drugs to each other !!!! what a joke we paid 3 quid to get in and God knows how much on booze and they treat us like that ? oh well i guess they were only doing there job..... but i find out later that Nicola and Kathy 2 of my friends got the same treatment and got searched !!!!!!!!!!

My next story comes much later on i came back from summer hollidays cash in pocket as id been working in a pub over summer i was still hung over the day we started lectures on the monday from my weekend celebrations i went into the union and stayed there all day i dont know what happened but i turned a bit berty and started calling the bar manager a satanist and kicking off about 666 a drink they were advertising come on you Christians out there back me up !!!!! lmao anyhows i took a poster down and i get accosted by security they drag me out but i ground on the floor the next minute i feel a kick in my kidneys someone has booted me i was too drunk to remember was it a security person or was it another person from the bar i guess we have to take Carolanns word for it on that score a 21 day ban for that performance.

My main bitterness comes now after something that happened this weekend more tussling with security you ask ? nope this time it is a tussle with the management. I have been a regular at this bar for 4 years and i usually go to most nights upstairs in the zoo.

Because they cant make the place popular they advertised giving away 150 pounds on a saturday night to 1 lucky winner each saturday it was also said by the Djs that the money would roll over if noone won. The first week noone won , 300 pounds for week 2 noone won again so in theory 450 for the week 3 winner who just happened to be me : )

Do i get 450 do i shite i get given 150 pounds and an excuse that someone claimed the prize though i know damn well they didnt and it was true as this will come out in the wash. People who work in the union security , bar staff , Djs helpers venue staff all told me it should have been 450 pounds but there was a rumour that the entertainments manager (see below) thought 450 pound was too much to give away on one night !!!!! He tells me someone won the 300 quid people say hes lying so i go and i try to contact the head boss at the union.

He fobbs me off and send the ents manager to do his dirty work for him. He says that it is only 150 a week and thats all no roll overs even though Djs said it was. He then lies through his teeth when i say you said that youd given the money away !!!!! he didnt know what to say and gave me some more bull shit about how it had been decided before the night that they would only give 150 away and theyd had a big board meeting etc if they were giving away a honourary degree in talking bollucks this guy would win it hands down.
