Project Update: Lee's Visit

Met with the Barrio Captain and the kagawad of Santa Fe.  There is now a bridge in the Ilong side of Santa Fe.  They  would like us to support the construction of another bridge located on the O-it side.  Since we are already committed and have the money available for this project, it was decided to continue with its construction.  People from both sides (Ilong and O-it) will equally benefit from this project.
The hollow blocks made for the Plaza project will now be used to build a Barangay Hall in the Ilong side of Santa Fe.  The O-it side will also have their share.  They will use the remainder of the hollow blocks to build water pathways and a canal.
We are ready to ship two used computers to Santa Fe for the Elementary Schools (one to O-it and one to Ilong).  Donors:  One computer from Mr. & Mrs. Jaime Pantaleon and one computer from Lee Reyes.
Santa Fe also needs a typewriter for the Barangay Hall.
The O-it side is building a church.  They are asking for personal donations.  Any personal donation for the church must be sent to:  Mrs. Violeta Dalit, O-it, Santa Fe, San Marcelino, Zambales, Philippines.

Chat and Eat:  Thank you to Mr. & Mrs. Jaime Pantaleon for hosting the meeting.

Next Meeting: Sunday, May 13, 2001 @ 1:00pm at the Pantaleon Residence, Santa Clara
