Trendy

Pop culture is a poison,
Lethal to individuality in any dose,
What you like today,
Will be gone by tomorrow,
We live in a pop society,

Fashion is a form of ugliness,
So repulsive we started changing it every 6 months,
But with each change it grows more repulsive,
Time between changing it drops,
Now we need a new set of cloths each week,

Music is constantly changing and evolving,
Poip music originally kept the waters from growing stagnant,
Now thanks to big business it throws too many fish in the pond,
Strong bands die now because the weak eat their food,
And we are the ones to blame,

Lose the trappings of trendiness,
Kill your radio,
Kill your MTV,
And launch rotten fruit at your pop icons,
Cause if you don't,
Better believe I will

I'm Fine

I'm fine,
There's nothing going wrong,
Everything is good,
Nothings going right,
I can't sleep,
Still can't stay awake,
Life is great,
Best friend is gone away,
Need my cat back,
Things are just perfect,
I'm only sore all over,
I'm only tired in the a.m. and p.m.,
Depression is creeping up on me,
I have no one to talk to,
I'm ok,
I guess, I think,
But I don't think,
I just do, and just am,
I'm me, myself,
But I can't be myself by lying,
In case the facts elude,
I'm having a shitty day, week, month, year,
I've been having a shitty life,
Things are looking down

Compliment

I've been paid the nicest compliments,
That've torn my heart out,
Left it bleeding on the ground,
For all to look at, for all to step on,
As I frantically tried to cut the connection to my chest,
Frantically tried to cut the pain coming back to me,
Been paid the nicest compliments,
And watched them tear my heart asunder
