INTERNAL CONFLICTS

 Duo sighed as he looked over at Heero who was working on his Gundam.

/All he ever does is work on his Gundam and type away on that damn laptop of his. He should loosen up once in a while. Maybe I can get him do something else for a change./

 "Hey Heero. Do you want to do something else besides work on Wing. It's a beautiful day outside," Duo asked.

"No," came Heero's reply in his usual monotone voice.

/I should've known that. But why does it bother me so much?/

//Because you like him, that's why.//

/WHAT? I don't like Heero "Mr.Perfect  Soldier" Yuy. Besides, he's a boy./

//Nothing matters when you like, possible love, someone.//

/POSSIBLE LOVE FOR HIM?!? There is no way; I don't even like him in that way./

//Yes you do. You've known it since you first laid eyes on him.//

/SHUT UP, YOU!/

//All right, but you can't deny it forever.//

/Yes I can and I certainly will./

"Did you just say something Duo? I really would like you to shut up your endless chatting," Heero said while glaring at him.

"No, I didn't. You must be hearing things Yuy," Duo replied quickly.

/I hope I didn't talk out loud too much. I don't like the idea that he could've figured out what I was talking about./

//Yes you do.//

/I told you to shut up, didn't I?/

//Just admit you like him and I'll leave you alone.//

/Fine. I like him a lot./

//Finally! Now go over there and take action.//

/No!/

//Yes!//

/I said no!/

//YES.//

/Okay, okay. Just shut the hell up and leave me alone already./

Duo walked slowly over to Heero as he considered what he was fixing to do. /He might possibly decide to kill me for doing this. But I'll take that chance./

"Heero..." Duo began.

"What is it now?" Heero asked annoyingly as he turned to look at Duo. /Now is my chance./ Duo took a deep breath and bent down to kiss Heero. It was a feathery kiss that barely touched Heero's lips, but enough for Duo to be satisfied at the time. Duo pulled away and started to walk out when Heero asked him why.

"Why Heero? Because I've been wanting to do that since I first met you. Are you going to kill me now?" Duo replied nervously to Heero.

"No."

"Nani?"

"I said no."

"But why?"

"I'll show you why." Heero pulled Duo closer to him and he kissed Duo this time. Duo tensed at first, but after he got over his shock, he relaxed and began to enjoy the kiss. Just as things could've gotten out of hand, Heero broke the kiss off.

"Why did you decide to end this just when it started getting better Heero?" Duo demanded.

 "Well, I have to finish working on Wing and there is tonight," Heero replied as he started working on Wing again.

"TONIGHT?!? I have to wait that long?" Duo screeched.

"Well....." Heero replied as he dragged Duo to their room.
