Here I am, sitting at my new boyfriend's house. It's been a month, but no news on how Heero and Relena's relationship is moving along. Me, I'm pretty happy. This guy is 17, a model, and understands me. Not like Heero, but I don't expect to meet anyone like him. I walk in the house to find J.J.; he's in the living room watching some junk on MTV.
"Hey, did ya miss me?" I ask, wrapping my arms around his neck and placing a light kiss on his cheek.
"Of course I did. Someone called for you."
"Guy or girl?"
"Guy."
"Name?"
"Quatre Winner or something......he said he's been trying to find you."
"Did he leave you a number?"
"Yes, and he asked for you to call him back."
"Anyone else call?"
"Yeah....Tiffy did."
"What does she want?"
"Me, of course."
"Are you going to go back to her?"
"I don't plan on it unless she does something drastic to get my attention."
"Well, I won't get too worked up over her. I'm going to call Quatre back."
I walk into our bedroom and dial Quatre's number. The vid-phone pops up and I see Quatre.
"Duo, you called back!"
"Yeah, how are you?"
"Fine."
"Got with Trowa yet?"
"If you must know yes, but I don't want to discuss my life, this is about you and Heero."
"There is no me and Heero."
"Okay, so how are you?"
"I'm doing great, going out with a new guy named J.J."
"J.J.?"
"Stands for Justin Jeremiah; he's 17, a model, gorgeous, I could go on."
"That's good, but let me get to the point: Heero is looking for you."
"So?"
"So, will you talk to him and see what he wants?"
"I don't know...."
"Please Duo, you don't have to break up with J.J."
".....Fine, but he has to get here."
"He's in that area."
"Okay, well tell him to meet at the park that is on 56th street at noon tommorow."
"Thanks Duo."
"No problem Quatre," I replied as I disconnected the line.
"What did he want?" J.J. asked.
"He wants me to meet my ex."
"Are you?"
"Yes, might as well see what he wants. Do you mind?"
"No; if you do decide you want to be with him after talking, I understand. Your ex is your first love after all."
"Thank you J.J."
"Hey, I feel that I can trust you."
"Yeah, you do have a point."
"Thanks for your support in all this J.J."
"Just remember, whatever happens, I'll always be here for you."
I smiled at him and we climbed into bed. I fell into sleep, wondering how my meeting with Heero was going to go.
