The Quickening Part 3 by Fire Ceremony (Strength_Love) Cloud rolled his head from side to side. This was the worst violation he had experienced in his life. His mind screamed against every touch of his hated enemy. His blood boiled in his veins. When would this nightmare be over? He struggled and wept, but could only witness Sephiroth’s hands as they danced over his back and torso and mercilessly work themselves down toward the most sensitive area of him. With an icy fear, Cloud realized that Sephiroth did not intend to stop at the touch he had done. As Cloud felt Sephiroth’s hands on the front of his pants, he let out a determined “No!”. But to no avail. Sephiroth pulled his pants open with a decisive tug, revealing a not inconsiderably aroused manhood. Cloud panted and glared at the other man. “What the hell are you doing?” he yelled. “Relax,” Sephiroth mumbled and kneeled down. “No! No! Stop! Stop that!” Cloud shouted and moved his legs up and down as far as the clamps would allow in impotent rage and despair. Ignoring Cloud’s loud and insistent protests, Sephiroth took the length between his hands and kneaded it gently. He immediately felt Cloud jerk in the holds and stiffen further in response to the touch. When he closed his lips over the head and slowly ran his tongue over the glans, Cloud let out an arousing “Sephiroth! Don’t! No!”. As Sephiroth took in yet more of the younger man, Cloud grew quiet and all that could be heard was the dry rattling of the crystal clamps as he moved in them as if he were floating in water. Silence. That was better. Sephiroth took his time, knowing the longer the sweet torture lasted, the better the end would be. In his mouth, Cloud was warm and alive and smelled of a heady combination of arousal and despair. Cloud’s life and strength, enhanced by the combination of Jenova and Mako inside him was shining clearly and warmly before his inner eye. Again and again, Sephiroth passed his tongue over every millimeter of Cloud’s member while he heard him alternate between gasps and sighs of pleasure and groans and growls in protest of what was being done to him. Sephiroth closed his eyes, the skin felt unbelievably silky and warm, the blood throbbing just beneath the surface of the delicate skin was near boiling point. The salty taste of it all only served to arouse him beyond thinking. He could feel his own length straining against the inside of his pants. Cloud was his. Sephiroth pulled Cloud’s pants further down while he continued sucking and parted the muscular cheeks of the buttocks with one hand. Above him, Cloud began screaming and sobbing with a renewed intensity, but as before, it had little impact on events. After a short search, Sephiroth penetrated Cloud with a quick push of one strong finger. This wrung a protracted yell from his unwilling partner, which was easily disregarded. Pushing further inside, feeling the burning heat of Cloud’s body and now helpless muscular contractions, Sephiroth gently stroked the inside of the opening. He slowly pushed to widen it and inserted first one finger, then another and went deeper inside the fevered body. Cloud screamed again at this new violation. But after a short while of stroking and sucking Cloud stopped screaming and went back to panting. Good, Sephiroth thought to himself. He was beginning to cooperate. He kept it all up for a while longer, savoring the sensation of Cloud’s helpless but struggling body on his fingers and mouth. Then he felt Cloud arch his back and heard him gasp. All the muscles of Cloud’s body tensed and he released himself in a torrent inside Sephiroth’s mouth. Cloud let out a long low moan of relief and Sephiroth felt him tremble in the shock of orgasm. He helped him empty himself completely before slowly retracting his fingers and standing. Passing the back of his hand across his lips and smiling, he stepped back to admire the result of his work. Cloud had his head tilted backwards, his mouth was parted and eyes his closed. He was breathing heavily, but his body was relaxed. A racing pulse was beating on the side of the pale neck. Sephiroth drew his breath and smiled. It was a long time since he had seen a more enjoyable sight; a partner subdued in the afterglow of ecstasy. Sephiroth put a hand behind Cloud’s neck and lifted his head up. Cloud’s eyelids opened to reveal the white of his eyes. The struggle of the violation and the exhaustion of orgasm had rendered him unconscious. Sephiroth looked at the slack face and rolled back eyes and wondered what Cloud was experiencing. He stroked Cloud’s cheek with left hand, kissed the chafed lips and drew in the smell of his body. It smelled even more of maleness now. Sephiroth leaned into Cloud, rubbed his body against him and sighed. He wished he had an eternity in which to keep this up. It was so terribly sweet. Cloud woke to the nightmare he had left inside a shaking ecstasy. His whole body felt sore and drained of strength. He still couldn’t move anything but his head. The wrists and ankles were so raw every movement sent flashes of pain through him. It was better to remain still than annoy the unbending clamps more than he already had. He probingly moved his head and… felt the familiar disgusting warmth of a tongue in his mouth. What had happened came rushing back to him. The cave, Sephiroth, what he had done to him, the disgusting bastard! And now Sephiroth was there again, kissing him and murmuring into his ear and purring like an overgrown cat. Shame and hatred rose up in Cloud. How dare he do this to him? Why hadn’t he been able to resist him? He hated the man. If only he could get him away. He felt Sephiroth’s tongue move inside his mouth and tasted something salty and strange… himself, on it. Opening his eyes wide, Cloud turned his face to the side so abruptly, Sephiroth’s kiss was broken. If only those clamps hadn’t been there, he would have had Sephiroth’s head for that. Cloud scowled up at his enemy. Sephiroth made a little pout of disappointment at having his savoring interrupted, but then smiled. “Cloud,” Sephiroth asked. “Why haven’t we done this before?” Cloud didn’t deign himself to reply. “Very sweet, if I may say so myself,” he continued. “Jenova’s life is strong in you. To feel it, will make her so happy.” “Why… why are you doing this?” Cloud asked, trying to push aside the memory of Sephiroth’s lips enveloping him. Sephiroth looked at him and smiled. “Oh Cloud… Isn’t that obvious?” he said. “You and I… we are both parts of each other, and part of Mother, who is now part of Lifestream. Only the strongest parts of Mother may return to her. Among the many infusions that were made from Mother by Dr. Hojo, only you and I turned out to be fully complete and thus deserving of a reunion with her. I hadn’t expected but I was hoping I wasn’t the only one strong enough to find and meet Mother in her Promised Land. As you saw, the others weren’t.” Cloud sighed, regretting he had asked. It was the same megalomaniacal nonsense Sephiroth had always spouted. He clearly had more than just a few screws loose. “You’re crazy,” Cloud said. “Maybe,” Sephiroth said lightly. “But at least I’m happy and know where I’m headed.” He tilted his head to one side, pulled some stray strands of hair away from Cloud’s moist forehead and looked at him. “Are you?” Cloud looked up. This was unbelievable. “Of course I’m not happy!” he spat. “How can I be? You killed my family, you killed Aeris, you killed Tifa, because of you Barret, Cid, Vincent and all the others are dead. You killed everyone and everything I ever loved. You’re completely insane and you intend to kill the planet and everyone on it for your own flaky pleasure. I hate you!” Sephiroth looked at him for a moment, surprised, before his face split in a wide grin and he began laughing. Sephiroth looked up at the ceiling and laughed, then glanced down while he shook his head, still laughing. “Oh Cloud,” he finally managed. “Poor innocent stubborn Cloud. Even if your body responds to what Jenova inside you is telling you what you want and need, I don’t think we’ll ever see eye to eye on this matter. I understand I have to show you directly instead of trying to convince you with words.” Cloud frowned. “What do you mean?” he asked. “Mother will grant you the happiness you long for. She has united with Lifestream, causing it to bend to her will now. When you unite with her, you will become one with Lifestream and with the planet itself.” Sephiroth set his eyes on the blond youth. “Life on this planet will go on,” he said. “Just not in the same form as before. I can’t see why you can’t see this, it’s so simple. But it doesn’t matter. We will find happiness in Mother both of us and maybe some day she will grant us birth again. I think we will meet then.” Cloud glowered at Sephiroth. “It will be a true pleasure killing you again,” he threatened. Sephiroth blinked. “Do you know what was the first thing on my mind when I opened my eyes inside Mother in Lifestream?” Cloud looked at him. “You,” Sephiroth said. “The first thing that came to my mind was the last thing I saw before dying and that was you, skewered on my sword and yet strong and determined enough to take the pain I had caused you and throw me over the railing. I fell straight into the reactor core, remember?” Cloud nodded. How could he forget? It was a sight he recalled with triumph and one that gave him faith that no matter what happened, no matter how much pain and humiliation Sephiroth or anyone else put him through, he would be victorious in the end. “The reactor core,” Sephiroth continued, “was, like all other Mako sources, directly connected with Lifestream which runs in veins deep below the surface of the planet. Both Mother and I dissolved into Lifestream, but Mother’s will was much stronger than its and so she suffused it with her mind. When she had taken over Lifestream, she reawakened me and transferred the knowledge and power of Lifestream to me, before flowing me to this place to activate the black materia and summon Meteor. During that time, she spoke directly to me, explaining what she was doing and why. Before that, it wasn’t clear to me what Mother wanted, since her body had been badly damaged by the stay in the reactor and she wasn’t completely in her right mind.” “Right mind?” Cloud said sarcastically, “none of you could ever have been in your right mind. You’re crazy the both of you!” Sephiroth looked at him but continued without addressing the accusation. “Long before we arrived in Nibelheim, Mother had sensed me through the fabric of reality becoming infused with her cells before birth and growing up in the Shinra building. Patiently she waited for me to grow strong enough to become aware of her and come to her. It took time but it was bound to happen. Do you think it was a coincidence I went to Nibelheim to investigate the goings on there by myself? The commander of SOLDIER doing a simple scouting mission to an old reactor in the backwaters of Midgard? Of course not, the time had come and Mother summoned me. But she hadn’t foreseen the rest of what happened. I was intended to bring her directly here by myself so she could merge with Lifestream at its main surface site, but then you threw us into the Mako core and we entered Lifestream much sooner than we thought. Mother’s goal had always been to enter the Lifestream of this planet. She had been near it for so many years, but not been able to reach it until that time.” Sephiroth paused and looked at Cloud. “Do you understand?” he asked. “In one way, you were instrumental in bringing Mother to her goal. She was of course happy for that. And then as an ironic coincidence, Dr. Hojo had the sudden inspiration of infusing you with Mother’s cells in his experiments to create a being strong enough to be drawn to her like I had and function as a tracking device to Mother’s whereabouts for Shinra, Inc. One might say Mother had everything planned from the start and knew how to make it happen. And as you can see, it worked.” Sephiroth gestured with one hand at the Mako crystal surrounding them. “Here we are, the both of us and Reunion will soon take place. Meteor will do the rest.” Cloud hung his head. “You are as crazy as ever, Sephiroth,” he said. “Do you actually think you have the right to do this? To take over Lifestream and summon Meteor to destroy the whole planet?” Sephiroth shook his head. “No, the whole planet will not be destroyed,” he said. “Meteor is large but not large enough to crush the planet completely. There will be a cataclysm which will destroy large parts of the planet. All human souls will have to return to Mother as a result of the impact or the effects of it. But Mother will repair the damage and after a while, aided by Lifestream, she will give birth to new life on this planet. Her life.” Sephiroth smiled. “It will be a renewal for the whole planet, Cloud, a rebirth, not just simply a death.” “But you will have to die too, just like everyone else,” Cloud said, hoping the reminder would spark some sanity in Sephiroth’s mind. But all Sephiroth did was nod. “Yes, I will,” he said. “But that doesn’t matter. The planet will have become renewed at Mother’s hands. Through her I will have gotten new life, like she granted me from Lifestream once and through the planet itself I will receive eternal life. So will all other life which enters Lifestream after Meteor strikes. Through Mother it will be the dawn of immortal life on this planet!” Realizing further attempts at getting through Sephiroth’s delusions were useless, Cloud sighed and shook his head. He only regretted that Aeris’ and the others’ sacrifices had not been enough to stop Sephiroth. That notion filled him with remorse and sadness and he lay still in the hateful clamps. Sephiroth looked at Cloud and took in his resignation. “You still haven’t understood, have you?” he asked. Cloud shook his head. “There is nothing to understand,” Cloud replied. “You’re going to kill everyone on the planet and you don’t care.” Sephiroth ignored the somber statement and looked around. He stretched his arms out, threw his head back and laughed. “Can you feel it?” he asked, “can you feel it?” “Feel what,” Cloud mumbled, lost in his own grief. “The quickening,” Sephiroth said in an exhilarated tone, his eyes shining with joy. “The quickening towards the realization of Mother’s will. All events on this plane are hurrying towards completion of the rebirth. We are at the focal spot of events, at the summit of will. The rebirth shall be completed, that is the will of both Mother and the planet. It will happen!” His voice rang out in the small chamber before dying on the cold and still air. Sephiroth relaxed, turned and set his eyes on Cloud. “But first, there is one last thing I want to do in this life.” |
