1. The ruling of the Civil Chief is final. 2. Frees and slaves should always be  active, and posting. Laziness is unacceptable, whether you’re collared or not. 3. No Member/Non-Member may never harm a personally owned slave. If an incident occurs, the slave may be caged in the Main Hall, both parties will script the reason for caging, and leave the Decree for the Civil Chief or Slaver. 4. NO Dual-Membership allowed EVER. 5. For the time being, this is a force capture/collar zone - a capture may only occur if at least 2 Men are present, or the Civil Chief. Weapons will be surrendered upon entering the Fortress, outside the Fortress, due to the nature of the jungles it is recommended that you carry some form of arms. No raids permitted at this time.

6. Slaves will always greet all Free within the Village. An OOC greeting will be delivered if the Free is in a different area. Greetings will follow in the Proper Order from Civil Chief, to War Chief, Free Male Members, Visiting Free Men, Free Women Members, Visiting Free Women, visiting slaves. Bare in mind, Strangers are not to be greeted until spoken to by a Free Member. Always ignore anonymous persons.

7. All entering the Fortress are to have a proper name, be you slave or Free.

8. Frees names will be indicated by a capital letter, slaves by lower case, collared slaves with letters/symbols held within brackets {} to refer to their Owner.

9. Any uncollared slave that enters stands in the risk of being collared. Any collared slave wandering in alone risks being caged as slaves did not wander Gor. If a collared slave enters and is caged, a ransom will be sent for them. If the ransom is not answered in the passing of 1 hand, the slave will be collared to the Fortress and renamed.

10. Any Homeless FW Who enter without an Escort or NPC Guard stands at risk for being caged. Women did not travel Gor alone. All Women are to behave appropriately at all times.

11. If a collared slave has been granted permission to visit the Fortress, they WILL serve and perform chores for the duration of their stay.

12. If You have a problem with a Free Man, take it to the pit.

13. Any slave collared in the Fortress will first obtain a collar of {-JF-}. If a Member takes interest in the slave, and the slave has proven s/he will stay, bids may be placed.

14. The only people who have {-JF-} Collars are the Civil Chief and Slaver. Everyone else may only cage uncollared slaves.

17. All Free are always to be shown utmost respect, between One Another and by slaves. If a slave has a problem, then scripts will be taken WHILE the slave continues to display respect. The issue must be delivered to the Slaver or Civil Chief to be dealt with as swiftly as possible.
