I'm watching this video from the first season 4 set. Also, while I'm typing this, I just got the idea that maybe I should date all of these reviews for when I wrote them, so you review viewers can understand when they were actually written. They're totally out of order and spread apart, which is why I think it might be helpful. Of course, I can't start until I watch a new episode to review for because I don't know the dates of these others. Of course, maybe I could just put the day they were uploaded, since the server saves those. It would be something.
This one is just scary. And can someone tell me why psychos always kill females? I mean, I think that is discrimination. Psychos should kill both genders equally.
I enjoyed this season very much. The episodes are all high quality, and Mulder and Scully have nice hair.
Uh huh. Scully blames the whacked picture of the girl on the fact that the film expired and was sitting on the heater. Sure, Little-Miss-Elaborate.
I'm proud of Scully in this episode. She is the one who figures out that the dude is working for the construction company.
Don't you just love how, on TV, computers can do anything. In this case, a computer program takes a picture, eliminates blur, and can zoom in without losing quality. It must be nice.
The stilt thing is just scary. It's like Godzilla or something. And then of course, there's the schizo eye thing. AND, just the thought of that ice pick. Eugh!
I hate this guy. He talks like he's a victim, like someone I know.
Ah! Mulder says "1980 was a bad year." Because Jerry, the psycho's sister killed herself and he beat his dad. Then Mulder says "What else happened in 1980?" And Jerry says "Well, John Lennon got shot!" Yes, that is correct and bad, too.
The scene where psycho German guy is under the car and injects Scully with Twilight sleep has scarred me for life, I think. Seriously, I'll never be able to walk to my car alone again. Atleast not without checking for evil German psychos under the car who want to stab my ankles!
I just know that Jamie is going to get a little tooth keychain when she is an orthodontist. Just as long as she never tapes people to the dentist chair and perform ice-pick lobotomies on people...atleast not me.
Jerry says that the Howlers made Scully say she doesn't have Howlers. That's like when people say that the first sign of being an alcoholic is not admitting it. Really? Isn't that also the first sign of *not* being an alcholoic?
In the end, this is definitely an episode that makes me squirm. And I'm not much of a squirmer, but they just had to do stuff with the eyes!
