Conundrum
First appearance: Spectacular Spider-Man #257

A literal Conundrum, the man none solely as that, has no knowledge of his past life, who he was before he was before he became living puzzle. His origins still unknown, Conundrum burst onto the scene having kidnapped Tabriaz, the daughter of Ambassador Hazram Chaliz, of the Eastern kingdom of Sufind to gain the pocession of the Hand of Mumthazi. In his pursuits, Conundrum partnered with his adversary the Jack O'Lantern to defeat Spider-Man, then in his guise of Prodegy. Conundrum was defeated and Tabriaz rescued, though Conundrum was relived from his brief inprisonment for his crimes.

Conundrum's true origins, or even his current whereabouts remain a mystery.

Powers and Abilities: Like his adversary Mad Jack, Conundrum relies on smoke and mirrors to fullfill his criminal acts, and can alter his face, though that may be done unintentionally.
