See The Big Goopy D.K.
While doing an investigation of the Sanders Chemical Corporation, David and Hank Kalen were seemingly killed in an explosion created by Sanders after he was told by the Kalen brothers that he would have to shut down. However, two months later David resurfaced as a monsterous brute composed of a thick liquid substance. After attempting to find Sanders, for vengeance for his brother's demise, Kalen came into contact with the Ben Reilly Spider-Man. After sevral other attacks on Sanders, Kalen gave himself up, and went to the Ravenscroft Center, while Sanders underwent legal action for Hank's death. Months later, when Peter Parker returned as Spider-Man, he was called in as Kalen began to deteriorate himself from within. Despite attempts to help Kalen, he went on a rampage, killing two guards, and aging two others. After Spider-Man stopped Kalen, it was revealed that Kalen suffered from a severe depression caused by his brothers death. Shortly after Kalen broke out of Ravenscroft, and caused a disturbance in a park. Spider-Man went to stop Kalen, who was killing himself from within, but Kalen fell apart shortly after. However, The Vulture learned that Spider-Man was in the park, and he went to get his revenge on him. However, Kalen's disformed body absorbed the Vulture, causing the Vulture to become his former aged self again.
Powers and Abilites: DK has the ability to disinigrate nearly everything he touches at will. He can cause humans to age, or if he holds onto them long enough, he can turn them to dust.
Odds That They'll Show Up Again: Not good. DK's dead. And he's not a major character, so it's unlikely that he'll show up, ever again.
