The Headsman
First appearance: Untold Tales of Spider-Man #8

Years ago, prior to his enterance as the Green Goblin, Norman Osborn tested the technology his would use in action on a thug for hire. Named the Headsman, the thug first confronted a still wet-behind-the-ears Spider-Man, during a fight between Spidey and the criminal team, the Enforcers. The headsman tore Spider-Man's mask apart in that encounter, and sent Peter fleeing. In their next encounter at the Osborn Industries facilities, the Headsman managed to escape capture by distracting Spider-Man with the Enforcers. Unable to follow the Headsman, Spider-Man let him go. A short while later they met again, when the Headsman sought to kill Spider-Man to impress "Lucky" Lobo, a prominent New York mobster. The Headsman failed, however, and subsequently ran into his sucessor, the Green Goblin, who shut down the Headsman equipment and sent him falling to his death.

Powers and Abilities: The Headsman has a super charged, electrical axe at his disposal and a hover-platform as transportation.
