Man Mountain Marko
First appearance: Amazing Spider-Man #73

Genetically enhanced by the Maggia, enforcer Michael "Man Mountain" Marko first appeared as the right hand man of crime boss Silvermane, but upon Silvermane's apparent death Marko fell under the employ of mob lawyer and would-be crime boss Caesar Cicero. Cicero who would remain Marko's employer in the years to follow, and fought Luke Cage, the Power Man in this time. Marko did not encounter Spider-Man again for several years, and it was in this encounter it was revealed that Marko's strength was a result of regular doses of steroids. Marko appeared next when pieces of a lost lifeline tablet were discovered and Cicero sought out the pieces. Marko and Cicero were defeated, and despite his failure Cicero kept Marko as his flunky.

Powers and Abilities: Due to genetic enhancements and steroids, Man Mountain Marko has super human strength.
