Amazing Spider-Man #326 v.1 (October 1989)
Michelinie Doran Mushynsky

Amazing #326 the plot: At a house-warming party to break in their new Soho loft, Peter and Mary Jane party with friends, including Harry and Liz Osborn, infant son Normie in tow. Mary Jane is shaken though when flowers and a glass swan arrive, gifts of the obsessed Jonathon Caesar. After reassuring Mary Jane, Peter heads off to the Daily Bugle, which had just been purchased by Thomas Fireheart. Peter can't believe though that he caused the change of ownership since Fireheart owed Spider-Man a debt and Fireheart, also known as the Puma, chose to buy to Bugle and turn it into a pro-Spidey newspaper to repay that debt. Meanwhile, high above the city, unknown to all, the villainous Gravitron makes his way into the city.

Peter arrives at Aunt May's house, now a boarding house, and comforts Aunt May who's now upset since her close friend Nathan Lubinsky has months to live due to a terminal heart condition. Gravitron has arrived at the Daily Bugle, and begins to rise it into the sky. Spider-Man swings into action to stop Gravitron, but Gravitron drops Spidey into rubble and flies off, lowering the Bugle calmly though. Battered and beaten Spidey returns home to Mary Jane, feeling like a loser, but his mood changes when Mary Jane tells him that she's going to be a television actress and the two go off to make the best of their new home.
