the plot: Discovering that his bank accounts have been cleared, and all of Mary Jane's money is gone, Aunt May moves in with Aunt Anna, and Peter returns to Tri-Corp, only to suit up to stop the industrial spy, the Ghost from sabtoging one of Dr. Twaki's experiments. After the near catastrophy, Peter meets with Twaki, but is sadly let go from Tri-Corp. And to add insult to injury, J. Jonah Jameson refuses to buy new pictures of Spider-Man. Could he know that Peter is Spidey?
